Fleur De Lis transom window completely refurbished

Fleur De Lis window when it arrived.

It was 113 years old when I was entrusted with it.

I could not find matching glass for the amber in the fleurs. My custormer chose to leave the orignal glass. I rebuilt the fleur panels and applied a small amount of clear glass glue to help secure them.

Finally all together again with a new boarder that compliments this beautiful family heirloom. The mudding/cementing process always looks like we are taking as step backwards. However the sealing and polishing that comes from that process is worth the mess every time.
